A game lodge , situated in the north west province.

Job Description

 

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Welcoming of guests on arrival and departure.
• Check in/out of guests.
• Take responsibility of ordering and replenishing stock for certain departments .
• Regular stock counts done according to procedure.
• Management of the bar and restaurant during busy times.
• Shadow in when the GM is not on shift and take responsibility
• Lodge shopping (when required to do so)

 

Qualifications

 

• Matric certificate

   

 

Skills

 

• Strong admin skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in a 4/5  star game lodge
• Valid drivers license
• Must have own car
