SUMMARY:
x2 Vacancies exist with a client in Coega for CCM Operators (Continuous Casting).
POSITION INFO:
Minimum task abilities:
1. Ability to work well within a team.
2. Assist and follow the instructions given from SBO Operator and CCM Fitter.
3. Assist in disconnection of billet from the dummy bar in accurate timing.
4. Assist to connect the Dummy bar bolt and nuts.
5. Assist to operate Auto gas cutter in both Auto and Manual Mode.
6. Assist to prepare for dummy bar insert condition.
7. Assist to operate PCRT and DRT rolling table rollers.
8. Assist in operating of Pusher in the cooling bed with proper sequence.
9. Assist to insert dummy bar in the mould.
10. Assist to clean all secondary water nozzles.
11. Assist in doing housekeeping in CCM.
12. Assist in cleaning the waste material in CCM.
Responsibilities and duties may change due to operational requirements, need to follow all the instruction given by supervisor, Shift Incharge and Department head.
