SUMMARY:
An opportunity has become available for a CCM Fitter Assistant in the Coega area.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum task abilities:
1. Ability to work well within a team.
2. Assist and follow the instructions given by CCM Fitter.
3. Good knowledge and experience in Gas Cutting, Welding and Grinding Operations.
4. Good knowledge in fabrication Process.
5. Good knowledge and maintenance in Hydraulic Systems and its actuators.
6. Assist in doing of greasing the all moving parts in the casting machine.
7. Assist to remove, clean and fix the mould tubes and mould jackets.
8. Assist in repair of ladle and its slide gate mechanism.
9. Assist in changing of mould sections.
10. Assist in maintenance of auto gas cutter.
11. Assist in maintenance of CCM cooling bed.
12. Assist in maintenance of secondary cooling systems in CCM.
13. Assist in maintenance of pumps, gearboxes and its supported equipments.
14. Assist in doing housekeeping in CCM.
15. Assist in doing cleaning the waste material in CCM.
Responsibilities and duties may change due to operational requirements, need to follow all the instruction given by Supervisor, Shift Incharge and Department head.
Requirements:
- 2-3 year''s experience in a similar role
- Preference will be given to candidates who are qualified in the field of fitting/ welding/gas cutting
