POSITION INFO:

CASH-UP CLERK – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

An exciting position exists in the Accounts Receivable Department at A COMPANY IN
Devland. This individual should ideally be residing in or around the South of
Johannesburg. This position would suit a self driven individual, to be based in
Devland and report to the Accounts Receivable Manager
Main Purpose/Objectives of the Job
ï‚· Manage the cashing up of the drivers when they come back from the trade.
Ensure that the cash received balances with the invoices and all invoices are
checked and returned.
Key Outputs
ï‚· Cashing up of Drivers and Pilots cash collected
ï‚· Processing of Cash Up
ï‚· Scanning of application forms to the system
ï‚· Scanning of invoices daily onto the secured drive – assisting our filing clerk

Competencies required
ï‚· Basic accounting knowledge
ï‚· Computer literacy – Excel, Outlook, Word
ï‚· Very good inter-personal skills
ï‚· Attention to detail – must notice the smallest detail
ï‚· Be tough – not be lenient
ï‚· Knowledge of the business
Education level
ï‚· Matric
ï‚· Worked in Admin with computer knowledge
