SUMMARY:
Urgently looking for immediately available Finance BA:
Cape Town based but JHB will also be considered if the right fit.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
This is a 6-month contract to start immediately.

Solid understanding of Finance Business Processes
Preferable to have Financial Services, if not Insurance, experience
Self-starter, independent worker
Thinks in process/value-chain – seeks to understand what they do – not just do.
Analytical and looks for improvement/smarter ways of achieving the outcome
High cognitive ability to pick up complex financial models and rules, OM’s products etc. quickly
Business analysis and project exposure is essential
Experience in mapping out complex business processes
Exposure to a complex organisational structure at Group level

Education and experience:

Finance qualification & background
If CA, must have 1.5 to 2 years plus post articles experience in Accounting (not Audit)
Business Analysis Diploma
Knowledge of the insurance industry and products
Finance Transformation Roadmap

Senior BA rate relative to skills and experience
