Newly Qualified CA(SA) - Step Into a High-Impact Role Supporting the CEO (start date early 2026)
Office based role - Johannesburg North (Broadacres)
An established Managed IT Service Provider and Microsoft Global Gold Partner. With continued growth, the CEO requires a newly qualified CA(SA) to provide strategic financial oversight, internal audit coverage, revenue assurance, and analytical insight across the business.
This role does not perform transactional or day-to-day finance; those sit with the Head of Finance and Finance Manager. Instead, this position focuses on internal audit, financial governance, billing accuracy, revenue assurance, profitability analysis, reporting integrity, and strategic support directly to the CEO.
POSITION INFO:
A fast-growing IT/MSP business is looking for a sharp, analytical CA(SA) to work directly with the CEO across finance, governance, commercial analysis, and strategic projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Review financial results, budgets, and forecasts and provide insights that guide CEO decisions
- Lead internal audit and strengthen controls across finance & operations
- Drive revenue assurance across SLAs, billing, licensing and annual increases
- Validate month-end reporting, data accuracy, accruals, WIP & key financial entries
- Ensure GL accuracy, IFRS alignment and high-quality reporting
- Analyse GP, margins, SLAs, and service-line profitability
- Support governance, risk, compliance, and board-level reporting
- Contribute to strategic modelling, business cases & CEO-driven projects
What You Bring:
