SUMMARY:
CALL CENTRE AGENT 
STELLENBOSCH 
SALARY: R 10 000


The successful candidate will assist clients with high volumes of telephonic and e-mails enquiries. Together with the administration pertaining to the Regulatory Examinations and according the enquiries received.

Main Responsibilities:
Receive and resolve enquiries, telephone and e-mails correspondence together with the required administration according to the Rules and Regulations as stipulated by the FSCA 



JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12 Qualification 
  • Diploma/certificate in business or office administration will be an advantage. 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in office administration and client service 
  • Knowledge of the financial Service Industry, FAIS and Regulatory Examinations 
  • Intermediate or Advanced experience in all Microsoft Office and Windows applications, internet and e-mail
  • Reliable, goals and deadline driven
