CALL CENTRE AGENT – FLORIDA – R20 000 P/M

Excellent opportunity to join a well-established company. Matric/N4, Call-centre/customer service qualification, fluent in writing & speaking English & Afrikaans & previous call-centre experience in the Food/Beverage industry. Manage & process orders – telephonic & electronic. Communicate with sales, warehouse & distribution teams. Manage & solve customer queries on deliveries.
