CAD OPERATOR - JHB

SUMMARY:
The Planning Consultant CAD is responsible for the creation and updating of new and existing building records, SAPOA (OLD AND NEW METHOD OF MEASURING) records, vacancy records and the drawing of tenant installation plans. Furthermore, it is expected of the incumbent to assist in the developing of a " facilities management" software package, compatible with SAP, in conjunction with suppliers.

POSITION INFO:

EXPERIENCE:

Five years practical experience in an architectural practice, space planning consultancy or facilities management practice.

EDUCATION: 

National Architectural Diploma (T3) including a one-year course in computer aided draughting.
