SUMMARY:
Our Alberton based client is looking for an ambitious and skilled software developer to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

BSc. Information Technology, Diploma in Software Development or any other IT related qualification is essential
4-6 years' experience in a similar role
Day to day activities will include building upon new in-house applications & systems to further automate/streamlineinformation systems in the Group organisation
Interact with key members in various departments to assist with process and reporting needs
Development of web apps in C# and ASP.NET using Kendo (Telerik)
Development of desktop apps in (but not limited to) WPF C# and (VB.Net → more legacy applications)
Database creation (MS SQL)
Database administration (MS SQL)
Creating queries/store procedures (simple & complex) for various software GUIs throughout the user group
Navigating back-ends (read-only) of existing SQL systems to create 3rd party queries
Office task automation using VBA
Experience with SSRS is essential
Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
