Do your responsibilities include sourcing and buying products in support of the E-Commerce Strategy, supplier, team, and profit management to achieve KPIâs?

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

E-commerce operating plan, inventory, and warehousing controls.
Managing risk and procedures associated with cold chain/ fresh produce food and minimize stock wastage.
Implement and continuously improve the quality of control procedure.
Ensure quality of all products sourced is in line with product quality standard

Requirements:

Commercial Degree or Diploma
3 – 5 years retail buying experience
Proven experience managing a fresh foods /FMCG (Cheese, wine, biltong, crackers)
Knowledge of logistics, warehousing and delivery systems and procedures.
Financial management skills
Excellent command of Afrikaans
