East Rand based company is looking for Buyer from Chemical, Cosmetic or hair care industries

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Role
Responsible through the application of the MRP for the timely replenishment of raw materials, packaging, other goods and consumables to meet production and therefore customer requirements, whilst maintaining inventory levels

Minimum Requirements

Matric
Min 5 years experience in Raw material and / or packaging and / or skin care / cosmetics or chemicals or other goods and consumables
Procuring materials at the most economical quantity, quality and timing.
Sourcing of alternate suppliers to reduce risk and cost of production.
Expediting orders as necessary with relevant suppliers
Send purchase orders to suppliers and internal stores.
Investigate and resolve delivery queries.
Expedites import orders with a shipping company
Manages the monthly returnable items reconciliation with relevant suppliers ensuring no losses.
Controls recycling collections and documentation as per NEMA requirements.
Reconcile GRV’s and PO’s before handing over to finance.
Working on ERP system
