My client based in Johannesburg is urgently looking for a Senior Buyer to join their branch to acquire the best product at the best price from suppliers

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Matric
Degree / Diploma in Purchasing or Supply chain
SAPICS / CIPS Certificates advantageous
3-5 years’ experience in SAP System Not Negotiable
3-5 years’ experience in a strategic sourcing or procurement role
Manufacturing or FMCG background is essential
Must be strong in dealing with raw material

Job description

Update the budget, sourcing portfolio, supply planning and KPI Files weekly
Resolve all supplier payments issues and blocked invoice queries
Purchase goods and services at the right quality, quantity, and time
