A well established family-owned Automotive Parts wholesale business is looking for a buyer to join a positive and experienced team in Pretoria East.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assistant to Office Manager
• Placing, Tracing and Processing international orders with suppliers
• Dealing with new parts & pricing
• Receiving, Comparing and Evaluating prices
• Completing Landed cost & related administration
• Back Order Reporting
• Assisting in answering of phones
• Assisting in Taking & Capturing of orders
• Printing product labels for customer orders and/or inventory
• Filing
• Completing Expense Claims of Salesmen
• Admin relating to timekeeping of overtime (Viper)
• Managing stationary

 Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric or Relevant Qualification – Essential
• Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office) – Essential
• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate Level - Data manipulation, Subtotals, Attention to detail with data formatting – Essential
• SAGE Pastel Partner Experience – Preferable but not Essential
• Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative position – Essential
