SUMMARY:
A Leading company specialising in the automotive manufacturing industry is urgently looking for an EE Buyer for their Port Elizabeth branch, who will be focused on souring and buying direct material parts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry, and automotive industry would be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years’ Experience in procurement industry
SAP Experience
Knowledge of how automotive components and systems function

Knowledge in negotiating disputes and drafting contracts
Knowledge in logistics contract management and suppliers in logistics chain

Qualifications and Requirements

BCom or National Diploma in Purchasing

Code 08 drivers license
Willing and able to travel

Basic knowledge of RSA Component manufacturing capability and processes
