Butchery Manager (Springbok) R18,000 - R26,000 PM

POSITION INFO:

Established brand seeks a Butchery Manager to run a busy shop.

 

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the full running of a butchery.

You will need to have experience working out margins, managing staff and cashing up and preparing tills.

You will need to know and understand meat and meat processes.
