SUMMARY:
Our client, a young dynamic company in the food manufacturing industry has an opportunity for an experienced Butchery Manager.
POSITION INFO:
Duties will include:
- Perform people management functions
- Ensure client satisfaction of all customers
- Ensure product and stock availability through effective planning
- Take responsibility for all quality control activities
- Stock management functions
- Manage all hygiene and safety activities
- Conduct various ad hoc responsibilities to assist the Team
- Good understanding of the manufacturing environment and interrelations between workers and managers.
- Customer Service
- Expense control
- Tracking of inventory
Minimum Requirements:- A Matric Certificate
- 3+ years management experience of a butchery store
- FMCG principles knowledge
- A Butchery qualification highly beneficial
- Valid driver’s license
- Food Safety Background (Highly recommended)
