Butchery Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client who has various business interests is urgently looking for a Butchery Manager at their Tzaneen Branch to start as soon as possible

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Maintain Equipment and fault finding - Saws, mincers cutting equipment etc.
• Good existing relationships with industry suppliers and customers will be an advantage
• Established advanced proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel
• Experience in weighting and packaging meat
• Analytical and ability to work with figures
• Able to work irregular hours where necessary
• Strong administrative skills - orders, quotes, stock
• Allocate and oversee cutting lists and orders
• Block tests and wastage management
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control

Qualification:

• Matric or relevant tertiary education
• Meat inspector will be an added advantage
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar position
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience
• Own transport & valid driver’s license
