Butcher - Indian Ocean Islands

•  Great opportunity for a qualified, experienced butcher to secure a 2 year contract (renewable) on this beautiful island

• Good salary + free accommodation + overtime.
• Lamb, Beef, Pork, Goat and Poultry  - prepare prime cuts, 5 years experience in cutting, deboning, preparing cuts for retail stores, restaurants and hotels.
• Knowledge of meat preparation and different cuts.
• Preferably qualified, with good references essential. Valid passport essential - visas will be applied for.
• No reports. Cleaning of machinery and  work area. Health and safety is key.
• Ability to use both manual and automatic Bandsaw and Knives
• 6 day week, generous leave. Flights paid and return home flights every 2 years
