POSITION INFO:

A luxury Hunting Game Reserve requires a Butcher and his wife couple to join their Abattoir on the premises. 

Minimum requirements Butcher:

• Experience in Game Meat required
• 5 to 10 years experience as a qualified butcher
• Abattoir and Meat processing qualification or related qualification
• Technical Knowledge in regards to equipment maintenance 
• Experience in weighting and packaging meat
• Wastage Management
• Cutting List and order 
• Not limited to above

Requirements for Administrator

• All butchery Administration
• Stock takes
• Orders
• Strong MS Excel Skills 
• Purchasing 
• Quotes
• All incoming calls
• Delivery arrangements etc. 
• Not limited to the above
