SUMMARY:
Senior Project Engineer / Manager (GM/MD Succession Path)
POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Engineering professional with a strong background in EPCM environments, who is ready to transition into a senior leadership role.
This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong individual who has successfully moved into business management and is now looking to grow into a General Manager / Managing Director position over time.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Eng or B.Sc in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in an EPCM environment in a technical/engineering role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business management, development, or leadership roles
- Strong understanding of EPCM business operations and commercial drivers
Advantageous Qualifications:- MBA, MBL, or BCom (Business-related qualification)
