Business-to-Business Sales Consultant (Durban)

POSITION INFO:

We’re recruiting a Business-to-Business Sales Consultant for a client within the telematics/fleet management industry based in Durban. It’s a permanent role and will report to the Business Sales Manager. The position will suit a self-starter with an outgoing, ”hunter”-type personality who can communicate confidently on all levels. The ideal candidate must currently be active in the corporate industry.

Responsibilities:

vIdentify opportunity and generate sales in the corporate sector.

vAchieve a monthly installation target.

vMaintain and develop an existing corporate database.

vAchieve a minimum of 80 % First time customers and 20% add on customer sales average.

vMaintain a level of product knowledge determined by management and measured quarterly by product assessments.

vPresent at Boardroom and Executive level.

vAccomplish expected call rates determined by management.

vProvide service to both existing and prospective clients.

vCompile & submit reports at management’s request.

vManage and action leads supplied from our outbound call centre in timelines determined by management.

Requirements:

vAt least 5 years’ sales experience in Corporate/Business market.

vCompletion of recognized formal sales training courses or relevant experience.

vComputer literate: MS-Office.

vExcellent presentation skills.

vValid Driver’s License.

vExcellent communication and organizational skills.

vNegotiating and Sales Skills.

vProven track record of sales target achievement.

vSelf-motivated and passionate about driving Sales.

vCustomer Orientated and Solution driven.
