You will be part of the Enterprise Technology team and will be working closely with the Service Desk to ensure that users gain the delivery of services that they require.
You will also ensure that the Business Systems are always reviewed to ensure they continuously fulfil the needs of the business.

You will have experience with Dynamics365, particularly Finance, Operations and Customer Experience of this.
You will provide 2nd line support to the Service Desk when needed and identify and analyse problems tat arise ensuring that they have been resolved in a timely manner.
