JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Support Administrator will report to the Client Service Manager.

 

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Complete a range of administrative duties i.e., monitoring mailboxes and responding appropriately and timely, maintaining spreadsheets, preparing documentation, and distributing
  • Generating sales reports via Salesforce
  • Supporting incoming and outgoing mails / calls as required
  • Updating client information where required
  • Understanding the products sales information, AML, supporting IFA’s
  • Obtaining valuations from 3rd parties
  • Undertaking the complaint and compliment queries – record, manage and escalate
  • Responsible for actioning Terms of Business and ensuring the standard procedure has taken place
  • Responsible for processing action changes
  • Provide a high-quality administrative support service
  • Undertaking housekeeping of electronic data
  • Providing sale support materials to IFA’s and BDM’s
  • Onboarding new private clients

 

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in client relations or sales support role
  • A tertiary qualification or relevant client services qualification advantageous
  • Financial services background advantageous
  • Client orientated with a strong sense of what service entails
  • Excellent communication skills both written and telephonic
  • Strong organisational-, time management- and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Experience of working in and maintain good client relationships and delivering good service
  • High level of commitment and positive attitude
  • Exercise the highest ethical and safety standards when conducting your work, particularly where other people are involved
  • Be energetic in your approach to performing a service to the company
  • Present yourself professionally to fellow employees and clients of the company
  • Interact respectfully with all persons in the business and all other persons dealing with the company in whatever form
