Business Solutions Support Analyst required to join a global company to develop and maintain the CRM in line with the Global Service Desk.
The Company -
One of the largest international companies which provide a range of insurance solutions. They are continuingly growing their services in insurance by data and analytics digitalisation, and technology is at the core of what they do.
The Role -
You will be working in a small team to provide guidance and support all the company''s Global users and ensure the solutions are developed and well-maintained whist working closely with the Business Solutions team. You will be very involved in system changes, preparing and obtaining approval, testing, and manage the testing feedback and resolutions. CRM users will also need training, and you will be responsible for this and making sure the plans are always maintained.
Key Skills and responsibilities -
** Experience working in a Support Role
** Experience with CRM Business systems - Developing and Maintaining
** Good communication skills, verbal and written
** Identify when training is needed for users and provide this
** Communicate with internal and external 3rd party consultants and developers
