What You’ll Be Doing:

• Transforming complex data into clean, actionable reports that guide key business decisions
• Building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting tools
• Working closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs
• Interpreting trends, identifying gaps, and spotting opportunities for process improvement
• Supporting the wider analytics function by suggesting smarter, faster ways of working

• Strong experience in business reporting, analytics, or data visualisation
• Comfortable with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL (and eager to learn more!)
• A logical thinker who can distil complex info into a story that makes sense
• Great communication skills—you can explain data to non-data people
• Proactive, collaborative, and naturally curious

• Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages
• Exposure to finance, operations, or marketing analytics
• A passion for automation and driving reporting efficiencies
