Business Development Associate (HEC2347)

We are looking for someone who can directly contribute to

relationship-building, industry engagement and support in developing the

Business Development department strategy.

Requirements

â— Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a sales team

â— IT literacy (CRM experience a bonus)

â— Driver’s License and vehicle

â— Own laptop

â— Strong ability to build rapport with people

â— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

â— Persistent and persuasive

â— Confident, driven, ambitious and articulate

â— A good knowledge of the Gauteng area

Roles:

â— Managing and tracking engagements on the CRM System (Sales Force)

â— Prospect and qualify new potential employer partners (artisan-based companies)

â— Meeting with employer partners to understand their needs and how x can support

â— Placing of apprentices with employer partners for on-the-job experience

â— Managing the relationship between x, employer partners and apprentices, with frequent touch points and value add propositions

â— Building out of processes and strategy for the Business Development department
