During probation period we require 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office We aim to evolve

POSITION INFO:

Business Process Analyst ( IT) JB1207
Durban Central
R30 000 – R45 000 per month

During probation period we require 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office 
We aim to evolve to fully remote with requirement to report to the office as and when required by the business

This role is split up as follows:
60% of time in the information technology department
15% of time in sales and marketing
5% of time in finance/internal auditor
20% of time in operations

Roles and responsibilities for each department
Information Technology
Design & document business processes and business rules.
Communicate with teams to analyze requirements.
Preparing requirement documentation (BRS) and ensuring sign off by the relevant stakeholders.
Directly involved UI/UX design process for website and app.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
Document training manuals for systems.
Assist (when necessary) with systems testing.
Building of business reports in PowerBI.
Collaborate with development team to ensure solution meets the requirements outlined in the specification.
Collaborate with test team to ensure the testing scenarios meets the requirements outlined in the specification.
Providing clear and timeous feedback, and effectively manage business expectations.
Sales & Marketing
Conduct integrations to make the sales process more seamless
Investigate and enhance current sales process
Conduct full due diligence on new systems being implemented
Provide database information when required (following all POPI controls)

Finance/Internal Auditor
Reporting reconciliation assistance
Systems audit
Operations
Conduct integrations to make the operations process more seamless
Provide full app/website/systems support to the teams
Conduct full due diligence on new systems being implemented

Ideal candidate
Person who has finance background and moved to the BA Space
Property Knowledge (not necessary but advantageous)
Has PowerBI experience
People’s person
Good communication
Strong in character
