We’re representing a fast-paced, high-volume digital marketplace looking for a Business Process Analyst who can untangle complex finance processes, automate the boring stuff, and turn data into decisions that actually stick.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, tech, and operations. You’ll analyse how things work today, redesign how they should work tomorrow, and help scale a marketplace built for serious growth.

• Analyse and map end-to-end marketplace finance processes
• Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities
• Design future-state workflows that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and financial insights for decision-makers
• Support risk assessments, internal controls, and compliance monitoring
• Partner with Finance, Product, Tech, and Operations to implement improvements
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or process improvement
• Strong process mapping and optimisation experience
• Solid understanding of financial controls and risk frameworks
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
• Exposure to ERP systems and SQL is highly beneficial
• Marketplace, e-commerce, or digital platform experience is a big plus
