SUMMARY:
With management experience of over 3 years and a passion for data you're able to advise the business and create solutions that enable enhanced business performance. Transform data into digestible information providing new insights. Experience in the use of advanced statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques is important.

POSITION INFO:
You will be expected to establish effective and collaborative partnerships within the Data team and other relevant IT teams, particularly the BI team.

High level reporting on Financial, Data and Agent trends into actionable insights that can be used to improve business.

You will be expected to be able to work with data sets from different data warehouses.

Provide support to data integrity projects and create process for general data governance.
Review, maintain, and set up reports that ensure that the departments KPIs can be monitored with regards to Revenue, Costs and PBT
Ensure Key metric indicators are displayed in a live environment on the call centre floor
Track campaign and team targets (daily & monthly)
Conduct Billing activities including loading telephony, CRM and adhoc expenses
Set up and design new reports and ad-hoc reports.

Lead Flow - daily data requirements per category that are successfully loaded into the warmup environment

Accurate Reporting – Monthly Financials, Interpret, Analyse data and responsible for the automation of reports

Mentor junior team members
Review quality of monthly value add reporting.
Resource planning – responsible for accurate forecasting of call centre volumes and staffing requirements
