POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

ØBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Related Field.

ØMinimum 2 years’ experience in relevant fields desired.

ØBasic level of technical understanding and interest in engines preferable.

ØWillingness to be trained in engine (parts) knowledge.

ØExcellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.

ØProven analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.

ØAssertiveness and communication skills.

ØResilience and flexibility.

ØCustomer service orientated.

ØTeam player.

ØProject management and coordination capabilities.

ØMotivated and dynamic attitude.

Key Performance Areas:

ØEnsure customer requirements are met.

ØIdentify and drive opportunities that could leverage the business.

ØDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

ØConduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

ØArrange business meetings with prospective clients.

ØPromote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

ØKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

ØProvide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

ØBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

ØAct and work as connector between Germany and South Africa.
