SUMMARY:
Business Development Manager (CRM) - Mbombela

POSITION INFO:

As a Business Development Manager (CRM), you will be responsible for client care, customer centricity across all service lines, and client problem resolution, all focused on providing client service that builds a stronger relationship between client and the dealership.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer relationship management 
• Prior experience as a Business Development Manager (CRM)
  
• Proven track record in business development
  
• Motor Industry Experience and knowledge
  
• Grade 12
  
• Relevant tertiary education will be beneficial
• Strong analytical skills

Duties (but not limited to):

• Responsible for generating leads, new opportunities and growth
  
• Ability to creatively solve problems.
• Project management: Strong planning and project management abilities
• Being a highly interactive position, with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, that will ensure effective conveyance of information and ease of understanding for clients and co workers.
• Solving client problems in a manner which builds a deeper relationship between them and the dealership.
