Business Development Manager Location: Durban, KZN Salary: R50 000 per month CTC + Commission Mid Jan 2026 Start Open to All Applicants

POSITION INFO:

A dynamic opportunity exists for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving growth across Print Solutions, Connectivity, Unified Communications, Intelligent Security, Document Management and Software Solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with a minimum of 5+ years of high-performance sales experience within the Technology Solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals, developing tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Build strategic partnerships and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Drive revenue growth to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and detailed pipeline and activity reports.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with relevant sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Office Automation & ICT industry.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Work Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Managed Business Services or a related Technology Solutions role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• In-depth understanding of Print Solutions, Connectivity, Unified Communications, Intelligent Security, Document Management and Software Solutions.
• Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills.
