Managed People Solutions is in search of a Business Development Lead Position for an organisation based in Sandton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation
• Managing Inbound leads
• Outbound Sales via email, Linkedin and all social media messaging
• Schedule high volume sales meetings
• Conduct sales meetings, product and service demos
• Quote, negotiate and close deals
• Maintain live reports on all sales
• Strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
• 3 - 5 years experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration or related field
• Proficient computer skills
•  Excellent communication skills in person, phone and email
• Advanced problem solving skills
• Proven sales results
