Overview

My client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead sales efforts in Temporary Employment Services (TES) and Functional Outsourcing. This role is instrumental in expanding their market presence within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Development – Identify, target, and secure new clients within manufacturing, logistics, and related industries.
• Sales & Relationship Management – Engage in cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry connections to generate leads and close deals.
• TES Solutions – Promote and sell temporary staffing services for blue-collar and technical roles on a project or fixed-term basis.
• Functional Outsourcing Solutions – Identify opportunities to provide end-to-end business process outsourcing, including workforce supply, supervision, and operational management.
• Competitive Strategy – Analyse the market to identify opportunities to take over outsourced services from existing providers.
• Client Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Market Research – Stay informed on industry trends, workforce demands, and outsourcing opportunities to drive strategic sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in this field of work
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• HR or Labour Relations Qualification advantageous.
• Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Qualification advantageous
• Proven track record in business development within TES, outsourcing, or staffing solutions.
• Established network in the manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Strong cold calling and business development skills – proactive in identifying and converting opportunities.
• Knowledge of key competitors.
• Excellent negotiation skills – ability to structure mutually beneficial deals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven – thrives in a high-performance, results-oriented environment.
• Must have own reliable vehicle
