Business Development Executive – Recent Graduate (JB2513)
Melrose Arch; Johannesburg (Office Based)
R12 000 CTC per Month
Benefits: monthly performance-based incentives over and above
Duration: 6-month Fixed Term Contract

Overview
Specialist finance related consultancy is looking for ambitious and recent graduates to join their team under the mentorship of the Head of growth.
Training will be provided and the incentive programme will afford you the opportunity to earn an uncapped income while still guaranteeing you earnings of at least R12 000 a month.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed Finance, marketing or business related Degree preferred
Peoples’ person with exceptional inter-personal, communication, listening and research skills
Able to take initiative, be creative, be inquisitive and possess a keen eye for detail
High energy, dynamic, resilient, self-starter and driven individual looking to learn top-tier B2B sales skills
Fearless approach to cold calling multi-cultural individuals based across the world with a willingness to learn persuasion skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, through various means of research, a pool of potential new business opportunities
Generate new business opportunities by qualifying leads through cold phone calls and emails
Maintain an organised pipeline and activity records
Reach and exceed key performance indicators including meetings booked, calls completed, and emails sent
Work with the Head of Growth to help carry out the business’s growth strategy and go-to-market plan
