Looking for an astute recruiter with entrepreneurial flair

POSITION INFO:

Objective:

We are looking for a self starter with rthe experience to recruit candidates & place them with our clients. They also need to have business development experience in terms of bringing new clients on board.

The incumbent must be a professional of note in all aspects of communication, appearance and the way teh carry themselves.

Key Requirements:

Must have a formal qualification i.e. Degree or Diploma
At least 2 years experience in the recruitment industry
Must have at least years experience in business development
Computer literacy is key and must be familiar with MS Office in general
3 years experience in a coroprate environment where they interfaced with clients and other stakeholders outside their departments
A valid drivers license and own transport.

Key Performance Areas:

Service existing clients requirements
Sourcing, screening and placing new candidates with current clients
Sourcing and servicing new clients
Representing the company at some key seminars
Liaison with key stakeholders (external & internal)
