The Role: Business Development & Marketing Executive

This is a sales-led business development role focused on generating qualified sales opportunities and booking discovery meetings for the UK management team. While marketing activities form part of the position, the primary objective is proactive lead generation through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, market research, and relationship-building activities.

The successful candidate will become a critical part of the company''s growth strategy by identifying prospective clients, initiating conversations, and creating a consistent flow of qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• 2+ years'' experience generating qualified sales leads and booking discovery meetings
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Schedule discovery meetings for the UK management team
• Build and manage prospect pipelines within CRM systems
• Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences
• Manage and update prospect and lead data accurately within CRM platforms
• Support content management activities that contribute to business development objectives
• Track outreach performance and contribute to continuous pipeline growth

About You

• 2+ years'' experience in business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development roles
• Proven ability to independently generate qualified discovery meetings
• Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
• Experience using LinkedIn as a business development and prospecting tool
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong digital marketing and email marketing experience
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and accountable for achieving targets
• Experience supporting B2B sales pipelines would be advantageous
