Business Data Analyst

SUMMARY:
Over 3 years experience as a Data Analyst and 3 years experience working in Power BI and Qlik. Ideally you've worked in the insurance sector! Ability to work thru processes and provide insights and clean data! You will be expected to be able to work with data sets from different data warehouses. Provide support to data integrity projects and create process for general data governance. Ability to manage profitability, consider agents commissions and Cost Management Experience in collaborating with Data and IT teams. High level reporting on Financial, Data, Agent trends

POSITION INFO:
Experience working as a Data Analyst in a Call centre or Sales environment would be advantageous!

Experience aligned to role responsibility:

• Implementing projects and assigned task work within agreed timelines.
• Ensuring Key metric indicators are displayed in a live environment on the call centre floor
• Track campaign and team targets on daily and monthly basis
• Set up and design of new reports and ad-hoc reports.
• Assisting different departments with ad hoc queries and requests. 

• Accurate Reporting – Monthly Financials, Interpret, Analyse data Automation of reports
• New campaign implementation
