Business Consultant PE

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Business Consultant a Permanent position based in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Diploma in Marketing/Retail Management with unendorsed drivers licence
• Technical qualification advantageous and / or project management certificate
• 3-5 years customer account management experience – fuel / related industry
• Computer literate in MS Office with knowledge of SHEQ and regulations within the fuel industry
• Candidates from other provinces will not be considered
• Extensive travel will be required

• Development of service station business plans in conjunction with retailers
• Execution business plans and monitoring of achievements in line with key performance indicators
• Monthly client calls and optimal resource allocation
• Sales target achievement against sales budget
• Provision of market intelligence to management and point of contact for retailers
• Dealer compliance in line with organisational and regulatory requirements
• Payment for product in line with policy
• Customer service agent and image stewardship evaluations
• Dealer satisfaction index / relationship management via retailer surveys
• Dealer support
• Training and subject matter expertise on process and standards
• Accurate wet stock management
• Corrective action in conjunction with maintenance and logistics teams as required
• Oversee HR personnel, coach/mentor HR members, prepare HR budget
