POSITION INFO:

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
ï‚§ Relevant post graduate qualification in in either sales / psychometry or a human resource related field
ï‚§ At least 1 years’ sales experience focussing on new business in the service / consulting industry
ï‚§ Any psychometric assessment experience will be an advantage
ï‚§ Experience in a HR consulting environment will be an advantage
ï‚§ Experience in senior level engagement and strategic partnerships will be an advantage
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMETS
ï‚§ A self-driven and committed individual
ï‚§ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to do presentations
ï‚§ Interpersonal and relationships management skills with professionals across all levels
ï‚§ Motivation for sales
ï‚§ Prospecting skills
ï‚§ Professional and presentable
ï‚§ Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
ï‚§ Business acumen
ï‚§ Comfortable to make out-bound sales calls
ï‚§ Valid Driver’s Licence and own reliable car
ï‚§ Advanced Computer Literacy
WORKING TIMES
