POSITION INFO:

Key Purpose

• Business Analytics support for Loss Control Department.
• Business Analysis support for Loss Control Systems/Process management and enhancements.

Key Outcomes

Build reports, dashboards, models and tools to analyze and report on operations related to the Departments performance.

• Provide data analysis to support/guide strategic decision making.
  - Collaborate with the RMA/IT team to develop and maintain performance Dashboards that provide operational performance insight.
  - Data analysis to identify procedural inefficiencies/efficiencies.
  - Improve quality of existing data (Information management).
  - Automating repetitive tasks and manual processes related with the data usage.
  - Supporting and executing ad-hoc data analytic requests from business.
  - Independently liaising with stakeholders across different departmental functions.

Management of existing daily and monthly Loss Control reporting

• Analyze current systems and processes and develop solutions to enhance them.
  - Assist Loss Control System development and end user requirements.
  - Investigate and resolve errors in data migration between collections and enterprise system
