Business Analytics Specialist – Banking / Home Loans

POSITION INFO:

Location: La Lucia, Durban 

Build reports, dashboards, models, and tools to analyse and report on operations related to the Department''s performance:

-          Provide data analysis to support/guide strategic decision making

-          Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain performance Dashboards that provide operational performance insight

-          Data analysis to identify procedural inefficiencies/efficiencies

-          Improve the quality of existing data (Information management)

-          Automating repetitive tasks and manual processes related to the data usage

-          Supporting and executing ad-hoc data analytic requests from business

-          Independently liaising with stakeholders across different departmental functions

Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:

• BCom / BSc degree in Management/Statistics/Information Science
• 3 to 5 years’ experience performing a similar function within a Banking OR Home Loans environment
