POSITION INFO:

Business Analyst – Sales Data - Johannesburg

Our Client is looking for a Business Analyst / Data Analyst to ensure data integrity across all customer databases are maintained and complies to data verification rules and requirements set per customer. Act as Business Analyst meeting with various division/development teams within the business sector to analyses and document system requirements and enhancements. Maintain customer relationship and ensure accurate billing and data account management. Oversee and develop complex reports / dashboards using MS Excel, Sales force dynamics and MSCRM to comply with customer KPIs. Marketing SMS’s campaign management for all customers.

Experience & Qualifications

• Business Intelligence Tool qualification (example Qlikview / Power BI)
• Knowledge of CRM systems: Sales force Dynamics and MSCRM
• MS Excel Advance Microsoft Qualification required
• Five years’ experience in Business and Data Analyst Role
• Possession of valid driver’s licence and vehicle
• MS Office Word/Power point and Visio knowledge

Duties & Responsibilities

• Business Analyst for MSCRM / QlikView Project / Sales Force / Toolkit (Setup Reports / RFS Documents and facilitate UAT sessions with business)
• Attend all weekly scrum calls with development teams.
• Attend customer meetings with various divisions
• Complex Report and Dashboard design in Sales Force Dynamics / MSCRM and MS Excel to comply with customer KPIs
• Support COO / OEM Sales Manager / Key Account Manager Roadside / Customers / Contact Centre Managers / Supervisors and Reports Administrator with systems and data and reports queries.
• Ensure high standard of Data integrity are maintained across customer databases.
• Perform Data Analysis (Automated Cleansing) bulk updates on data (via systems mentioned wizards and tools) and Mapping Template Design
• Bulk SMS and Template / URL Design for customers
• Ensure accurate monthly billing to customers where CRM services are provided
• Design/Edit forms in MSCRM for new/existing campaigns as per customer requirement (Roadside and CSC)
