POSITION INFO:
As Business Analyst, you will be a crucial member of the team, driving data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement
Gather and interpret data, create reports and present findings
Assist with the design and implementation of solutions, including process improvements and technology enhancements
Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and document detailed requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
Contribute to project plans, track progress and ensure that deliverables are met
Support change management efforts
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and technologies in business analysis

Education Requirements:

Completed Degree or Diploma in relevant field

Job Requirements and Skills:

2 to 4 years' experience in a Business Analyst role
Proven experience in managing and executing projects, with successful delivery and implementation
Proficiency in providing vision and strategy for client proposals
Excellent report writing skills
Significant business acumen, understanding the key drivers of business success
Core consulting skills, including research, analysis and presentation
Deadline driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player
