POSITION INFO:
As Business Analyst, you will be a crucial member of the team, driving data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Gather and interpret data, create reports and present findings
• Assist with the design and implementation of solutions, including process improvements and technology enhancements  
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and document detailed requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Contribute to project plans, track progress and ensure that deliverables are met
• Support change management efforts
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and technologies in business analysis

• Completed Degree or Diploma in relevant field

• 2 to 4 years' experience in a Business Analyst role
• Proven experience in managing and executing projects, with successful delivery and implementation
• Proficiency in providing vision and strategy for client proposals
• Excellent report writing skills
• Significant business acumen, understanding the key drivers of business success
• Core consulting skills, including research, analysis and presentation
• Deadline driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
