Business Analyst (Contract)

SUMMARY:
Our client is an IT and Finance consulting company based in the Sandton/Johannesburg area, servicing their clients who are all major financial institutions, nationally and globally recognised. They are currently looking to employ a Business Analyst on a 3 months contract with possibility of renewal.

POSITION INFO:

• Update JIRA Issues
• Writing User Stories and Updating Documentation related to User Stories
• Attend/plan meeting with busines stakeholder
• Engage with Product Owner for any clarity
• Engage with Scrum Master to highlight issues
• Collaborate with developers, testers and user experience team to ensure that they are engaged ‘in the work’ to understand business context
• Engage with cross functional teams to sort out any dependency
• Schedule story/design review session
• Coordination with cross functional teams for reference table deployment
• Reporting Requirements
• Complete Business Analysis cycle

Desired Experience and Qualification

• 3-4 years'' Business Analysis and Design. Experience with requirements elicitation, gathering, documentation and management. Business Support. Understanding business needs and be able to analyse requirements.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Experience in banking / financial services
• Degree: IT and Computer Sciences, Finance, Business analysis related
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
