A key position has become available for an Business Analyst with the expertise to undertake data analysis to improve the overall systems in the company by gathering business requirements from change teams and working closely with solutions Architects.

The role

Reporting to the IT Operations manager, you will be working in a tight-knit team, with the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of commercial, financial, sales and marketing professionals to communicate and advise on the results of your analysis:

• Liaise with business teams to gather technical and non-technical business requirements
• utilise business analysis techniques to perform solutions analysis and design, this could include but not limited to:

· Requirements management (requirements traceability, baselining, etc)

· Enterprise analysis (benchmark studies, feasibility analysis, SWOT, etc)

· Requirement analysis (process modelling, organisation modelling, use cases etc)

• Support development of concept papers and business cases
• Work on continuous improvement opportunities
• Project Management

Key Requirements

• IT Qualification
• Strong FMCG background
• Experienced in assessing business benefits, cost and risk on multiple projects
• Familiar with business engineering system concepts and principles as well as complex modelling techniques.
• Highly analytical – you ask questions, are willing to scratch beneath the surface and leave no stone unturned;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you can communicate complex concepts in a simple and concise manner
