SUMMARY:
Our client is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The purpose of the role is to translate business needs into detailed business requirements, functional and process, data , people and workflow specifications in relation to change initiatives to deliver and enable change initiatives within business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Suitable candidate will be conducting group reporting
Must have knowledge on costing, forecasting & budgeting
Labour & overhead calculations.
Excellent excel skills. MUST
In charge of financial modelling, profits
Understanding tax laws, allowances, cash flow, projections
Identifying trends and patterns after compiling data, providing real world suggestions.
Conducting presentations.
Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.

Assess, analyse and optimize end-to end business processes to improve business efficiencies, customer/employee experience and remove inefficient processes to meet new requirements.
Facilitate and coordinate the end to end implementation of prioritized and approved projects.
Analyse business processes and workflows to identify improvement or automation opportunities and facilitate implementation.
Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within the business.
Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements.
Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.

Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.

Qualification & Experience:

Relevant BSc/ B.Com Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis or related.
3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment.

Required Knowledge :

Basic understanding of developing business cases.
Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.
In depth understanding of financial data and banking information systems.
Computer literate.
Experience with development and interpretation of reports.
Strong knowledge and use of design process tools.
