SUMMARY:
Working within a Crew the key focus areas will be: Collaborate with BA's, SME's, and Product Owner

POSITION INFO:

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary technology team, that works closely with our customers (business, software vendors and partners). The team is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of systems that support our customers through all aspects of the insurance value chain. Your duties & responsibilities Working within a Crew the key focus areas will be: Collaborate with BA’s, SME’s, and Product Owner to gather and validate business requirements Design, develop and maintain document templates using CCM solution, following Technology standards and processes. Developing templates which are of high quality while maintaining focus of delivering enhancements and improvements to the business as quickly as possible. Contributing to developers’ reference, training material and other forms of documentation. Troubleshooting and resolution of Production defects Provide assistance in testing & support activities
Required Knowledge and Experience	3 to 5 years working experience in Technology with a good understanding of basic programming concepts, such as conditions and variables Experience with document template designer tools – (e.g. EngageOne) SQL Server, SQL Queries Solid understanding of XML Good understanding of data structures and integrations between different platforms Skills acquired or inherent abilities Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work effectively independently, and in a team environment Excellent time management skills Excellent attention to detail Good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks Flexibility, proactivity, and strong can-do attitude is a must
Educational Requirements	Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
