Business Analyst

POSITION INFO:

General:
The Business Analyst will need to do the following:

Evaluate existing business processes and identify improvements
Determine and outline business process improvements
Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
Analyse and monitor implemented changes to business processes and make adjustments as needed
Present progress reports and integrate feedback
Revise and update policies and procedures
Map business processes on Visio
Cross-functional process mapping
Identification of gaps in the organisation where procedures/work instructions need to be developed and implemented
The Business Analyst may be required to perform other duties as and when required by the client.

Minimum Experience, Qualifications and Other Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following or related fields:
Informatics;
Industrial and Systems Engineering;
Computer Systems Engineering
Minimum of 5-years’ experience in a similar environment
Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate to various people on various levels
Excellent process mapping skills (Visio is the preferred platform) Assertive and dedicated with the ability to perform well under pressure
Excellent computer skills
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Own vehicle required – the candidate will be required to travel to Woodmead from time to time)
Availability right through December
